Invenra is seeking a highly motivated and experienced scientist with a background in antibody display technologies and antibody analytic techniques. This individual will contribute towards the direction of our antibody screening technology from candidate identification through validation. The candidate will work with other scientists within the team to design and execute experiments, analyze data and communicate results in an inter-disciplinary environment. The position requires excellent scientific and problem-solving skills, with a strong focus on creative solutions to technical problems.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Experience in:

    • Antibody display methods

    • Antibody and protein engineering

    • Antibody analytical techniques

  • Experience in antibody affinity maturation/attenuation is advantageous

  • Experience with basic molecular, microscopy, and bioconjugation techniques is a plus

  • Independently and thoroughly analyze experimental data, and draw reasonable conclusions and communicate the results to the project teams

  • Effective communication and organizational skills

  • Proven analytical problem-solving skills

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities for successful project completion



The successful candidate will have a PhD or masters in biological sciences: molecular and cell biology, immunology, etc. Two to three years of post-doc or industry experience is a plus, but new graduates are also encouraged to apply.
